Pack Your Equipment
Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to avoid any restocking fees.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
